Eurovision Was Once a Whimsical Delight – Yet It Has Become a Cynical Way to Sanitize Conflict.

This acronym is specific to Gaza, according to health professionals such as child health specialists. Normally, it is uncommon for doctors to care for a minor who has been bereaved of their whole family. But, there has been nothing “normal” concerning the devastating conflict in Gaza, where complete genealogies have been wiped out and the number of young amputees surpasses that of any other place in the world. No sense of normalcy about numerous doctors returning from a devastated terrain with reports of children being deliberately targeted.

An Unimaginable Crisis Regardless of a Announced Cessation of Hostilities

The Gaza Strip continues to be hell on earth. Essential medical supplies are failing to reach those in need, and international watchdogs have stated that genocidal acts are continuing. The event will proceed, but it will likely never recapture the pure, unadulterated fun it once represented. A competition that was originally built on peace has now become a transparent instrument to whitewash war.
